Objective

 

To provide our students with command of English as a second language, not only because it is a mandatory subject in SEP and U.N.A.M. study program, but also because all of our students pursue enrolment in the most prestigious Mexican universities, where an upper-intermediate to advanced level command of the English language is required in order to graduate.

 

Programme

 

We offer a Bilingual programme from Pre-school to Junior High school where students are immersed in the English Language in a friendly way developing Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking skills.

 

Pre-Elementary School

 

We have a constructivist and cooperative approach following an OPTIMIST methodology through which students familiarize with the language in a very joyful way.

 

Elementary School

 

It is in Elementary School where the formal instruction of the language begins. Based in an American Reading programme, students develop awareness of the language in a constructivist and cooperative approach through a SNIPE methodology where reading skills are developed and the use of the language is discovered. Our curricula also covers a Science programme. Besides the Computer and Media rooms, each level works in a differentiated language environment. By the end of Elementary school our students sit the KET (Key English Test) Cambridge exam.

 

Junior High School

 

We offer a bilingual programme from Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate levels. Students sit PET (Preliminary English Test) and FCE (First CertificateExam) throughout Junior >High School.

We also cover SEP Biology and World History programmes in English and we offer extracurricular courses such as reading and Writing strategies as well as Gastronomy Arts.

 

Exam Centre

 

Our level of English is certified by The University of Cambridge ESOL, a branch of the prestigious University of Cambridge, England, of which we are Exam Centre through The British Council exam net.

We have alliances with schools in U.S.A., Canada and Ireland where our students can study a school term increasing in this way their culture and command of the English language.
